Elings Raceway is located in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA at the Elings Park.

To get to the raceway, turn south (away from the mountains) on Los Positas Rd from Highway 101. Turn left on Jerry Harwin Parkway and head up the hill. The raceway is on the left.
